WWZ operates the electricity grid in most municipalities of the canton of Zug. Since 2026, households and businesses in the same municipality can form a local electricity community (LEG) and share solar power from their neighbourhood over the WWZ grid. They pay lower grid fees for that power. This page shows what that means in the WWZ grid: the saving, the LEG price, the grid tariff and the ElCom electricity price.
