According to ElCom, the Romande Energie grid covers 261 municipalities (Vaud, Valais, Genève, and Fribourg). In 2027, a household (H4) there pays between 27.26 and 29.79 Rp./kWh depending on the municipality; with an LEG you save 1.75 Rp./kWh on variable grid fees.
Upgrid is an independent provider for local electricity communities (LEG). This page is not published by Romande Energie.

Romande Energie operates the electricity grid in most municipalities of the canton of Vaud and in some municipalities in Valais. Since 2026, households and businesses in the same municipality can form a local electricity community (LEG) and share solar power from their neighbourhood over the Romande Energie grid. They pay lower grid fees for that power. This page shows the saving, the LEG price, the grid tariff and the ElCom electricity price.
With an LEG in the Romande Energie grid you save 1.75 Rp./kWh (incl. VAT) on the variable grid fees for the power you draw from the community in 2027.
The maximum saving changes from 1.87 Rp./kWh (2026) to 1.75 Rp./kWh (2027), incl. VAT, on the variable grid fees.
Yes, there are 260 public LEGs in the Romande Energie grid on Upgrid. You'll find them on this page.

The energy price shown within the LEG is binding. Price comparisons are non-binding model calculations. Actual savings and additional earnings may differ depending on tariff, consumption profile, or system size.
